This information should be completed by the student member (not parents) so the account is created correctly. If you are a parent and would like to have a login to your student’s account, please have your student add you as a contact to their account. Contacts can be added to member accounts after the account has been created. Once you are added as a contact, you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions.
